A new area for concession stands and restrooms could come to Bulldog Stadium by 2026.
White Hall School District Superintendent Gary Williams on Tuesday received unanimous board permission to pursue a planning phase for those changes to the stadium, which opened in the 1980s. Williams said he would reach out to architect Buddy Brown for a plan.
“We’ll start looking at the requirements,” Williams said. “When you have upgrades, you have code requirements to pay attention to and meet, so when we look at the space, we can identify where it could be housed and pull all those things together. When we get to the formal (plan) — ‘This is something I think that could work’ — then we get different folks involved in the conversation to make sure we have everything thought of to make it a good facility for our fans and those who come to the ballgames.”
The concession stands and restrooms are located under the bleachers at Bulldog Stadium, but Williams said those weren’t designed to be placed there in a stadium of such capacity. According to StadiumConnection.com, the stadium’s capacity is 3,329.
More bathroom space and an easier path to the concessions will make a more enjoyable experience at the field, Williams said. But once a plan is finalized, the present restrooms and concessions likely will no longer be utilized, he added.

“The purpose of the move is to get the crowd from underneath the bleachers and out to the open area,” he said.
AP SUCCESS
The percentage of White Hall students who scored 3 or higher on their Advanced Placement finals has increased from 53% in 2024 to 68% this year, the highest since at least 2021.
Assistant superintendent Debbie Jones revealed year-to-year data that indicated 349 AP exams were taken among 152 students. The number of students who scored 3 or higher was 104, compared to the 96 out of 180 test-takers in 2024 who achieved the same.
AP exams are scored from 1 to 5. The College Board, the company behind AP, states many U.S. colleges grant college credit or allow students who score 3 or higher on an exam to skip the equivalent course in college.
