Travis D. White won the runoff race for the Altheimer alderman Ward 2, Position 1 seat Tuesday against Kim Love, 54 votes to 22.
The vote totals were complete but unofficial. They will be certified by the Jefferson County Board of Election Commissions at a later date.
Early voting for the runoff started Nov. 21.
The early and absentee ballots were counted at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the election commission office, with the rest of the votes counted after polls closed at 7:30 p.m.
