White Hall prepares for fireworks
Last year's fireworks light up the sky in White Hall. The city of White Hall invites everyone back to its annual Alva Domon Fireworks Show, which will be held July 4 at the White Hall Community Center, 9801 Dollarway Road. The White Hall Police Officer Association-sponsored show starts at dark, with the National Anthem kicking off the fireworks display. Patriotic music will play during the show. It's a drive-up event, with parking in front of the Community Center and next door at the Crenshaw Springs Water Park. Residents are asked to consider donating a non-perishable food item to the White Hall Food Pantry when they attend the event. A donation box will be at the community center's front door. The Chamber thanks Billy Coble for his continued support of the fireworks show. (Special to The Commercial/Deborah Horn)
