The White Hall Friends of the Library will hold a spring book sale from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 17, at the White Hall Library. Proceeds will benefit the library and patrons, a spokesman said in a news release.
The White Hall Friends are accepting gently used books and DVDs for the sale. Donations may be dropped off at the library or contact Pat Freeman, 870-247-2522, to have items picked up. VCR tapes, magazines and distressed books won’t be accepted since they don’t sell well.
“The Friends group would like to thank all of the readers who donated books and who bought at last year’s sales,” the spokesman said.
