Whispering Knoll Assisted Living Facility, 6812 S. Hazel St., will present its second annual Spring Bling Hat Fashion Show at 2 p.m., Wednesday April 13.
Entertainment provided by the Diamond Line Dancers, various models and the Department of Correction Prison Band.
