Whispering Knoll Assisted Living Facility, 6812 S. Hazel St., will host its Spring Bling Hat Fashion Show/Bake Sale at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8.
Guests will include former state legislator Efrem Elliott, Diamond Line Dancers, saxophonist Darnell Creal and Essence models from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
Businesswoman Wanda Bateman, who wears many hats, will be recognized. The event will include live music, dancing, a bake sale and jewelry sale.
