Logan Guynn

Logan Guynn from White Hall High School was one of 10 officers elected to the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America’s National Executive Council at the National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Fla., held July 5-9.

Guynn, daughter of Alex and Lynn Guynn, will serve as FCCLA’s vice president of public relations throughout the 2025-26 year, according to a news release.

The conference had record-breaking attendance with more than 10,000 attendees present. Twenty-seven national officer candidates took part in the council election process as they underwent intense interviews and a FCCLA knowledge test, and presented a prepared speech on-stage during the conference.

As a national officer, Guynn and the other National Executive Council members will travel to the FCCLA National Headquarters in Herndon, Va., for a planning meeting to prepare for the year. The council will build off existing goals to prepare a program of work and as well as develop future goals for the organization. Additionally, the officers will prepare for future workshops and meetings on the local, state and national level.

During the year, Logan will also assist in planning the focus and content of FCCLA’s 2026 National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C., on July 6-10, 2026.

“Logan’s dedication, leadership and passion for FCCLA have always set her apart,” said Mollie Rowe, Guynn’s National Executive Council adviser. “Being elected as vice president of public relations is a reflection of her hard work and strong character. I am incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and can’t wait to see the positive impact she will make on a national level.”

The highest leadership honor a FCCLA member can achieve is being elected to serve on the National Executive Council. FCCLA continues to provide students with employability skills with relevant youth issues of career preparation, financial literacy, environmental education, traffic safety, community service and leadership development.
