WH plans 60th Founder’s Day

White Hall will celebrate the 60th anniversary of White Hall Founder’s Day on Oct. 19.

“Don’t forget to register your food booth or craft booth at www.whitehallfoundersday.com or you can go by WH City Hall and fill out a paper copy. Founder’s day is Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024 so get those forms turned in,” reads the White Hall Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page.

So far, the list of registered participants includes:

Flossie’s Funnel Cakes Inc., Whitworth Concessions, W & M Concessions, Tapatios, Sip’n Sunshine, Crenshaw Springs Water Park, Vershea, The Candy Coop-Freeze Dried Candy, Jefferson County Republicans, Earth Day Collection, Mobile Flooring Solutions, Vita Benedetto, The Painted Skunk, Bee Sweet Candy by Addy, Sunnyside Freshies, Blessed by Grace Boutique, Jay’s Creations, Lana Jane’s Collections, Mineral Mountian Girls, The Book Haven, Scentsy Allison Smith, Watson Chapel Baptist Church, Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Whispering Pines Cowboy Church, CARTI, Smart Auto Group, Reflections Therapy, Vondran Orthodontics, Trinity Scent Design, Hope of the Delta and the American Legion.

The celebration will also include the annual Founder’s Day parade at 10 a.m. beginning at the post office and running north on Dollarway Road through the city then left on Anderson Avenue toward City Park. For parade details, contact Joe Spadoni at (870) 543-0587.
