Pine Bluff Alderman Thelma Walker, who finished third in the race for mayor, received campaign contributions of $7,984 and spent $7,648, according to her contribution and expenditure report filed in the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office Tuesday afternoon.
The report was filed one week after the Oct. 30 deadline set by the Arkansas Ethics Division for candidates who received or spent at least $500. Walker’s report showed she had a balance of $335.84.
