Scatterfest 2016 will be celebrated in the Wabbaseka City Park starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3. Events will include a parade, gospel singing and praise dancing, a news release said.
The city of Wabbaseka encourages the community to attend the event and meet congressmen who plan to attend, a news release said.
