U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton will speak at the Rotary Club Farmer’s Appreciation Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thuesday, Feb. 19, at the Pine Bluff Country Club.
The Harvey McGeorge Award will also be presented at the meeting.
