Unity Christian Fellowship Church, 2712 S. Bay St., is offering another session of free Life and Job Readiness Classes at 6 p.m. Tuesdays.
The schedule and topics include:
Tuesday, Oct. 16 — Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving Skills: Learn the art of active listening, tone of voice, delegation and leadership.
Tuesday, Oct. 23 — Teamwork Skills: Resume and Cover Letter.
Tuesday, Oct. 30 — Role Play Interview: Participants will take part in an exercise where candidates act out a scenario with either a group or an interviewer to determine how suitable the candidate is for a particular role. Role plays test how candidates might approach difficult situations that frequently occur in the business world.
Also on Tuesdays at 7 p.m., UCFC presents free Koinonia Financial Education Life Classes. Sessions will focus on financial literacy, financial planning, developing a budget and other matters.
