The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will host a grand-opening and ribbon-cutting celebration for the Simmons Bank Field. The event will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, at 1960 Oliver Road, according to a news release from the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce.
