The time and location of the Black History assembly has changed at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff on Thursday, Feb. 14. The free, public event will take place at 11 a.m. in the STEM Conference Center at UAPB. Marc Morial, president and chief executive officer of the National Urban League, will be the keynote speaker, according to a news release.
