The UAMS Family Medical Center (formerly AHEC Family Practice), 4010 Mulberry St., in Pine Bluff, will hold a free health fair Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The fair will include free blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, blood sugar testing, asthma testing and body mass index testing (BMI).
Information will also be available on a variety of health topics, including smoking cessation. Healthcare providers will be on site to provide details.
Information will also be available for Medicare recipients who may qualify for a free annual wellness visit. Entries in the Kids Coloring Contest will be on display and winners will be announced.
Door prizes and other activities are planned and refreshments will be provided.
