Learning to write a business plan is the subject of a workshop from 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will host the workshop at the John F. Gibson University Center. The cost is $20.
