How to write a business plan is the subject of a seminar from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday, Sept. 28, at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will present the seminar in the House Room of the John F. Gibson University Center.
The seminar costs $20 and will instruct business owners on how to define a business concept, evaluate their competition, determine risks and estimate costs.
