UAM homecoming court named

MONTICELLO — Twelve women have been named to the 2025 homecoming court at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.

The 2025 UAM homecoming queen will be selected by a vote of the student body and announced during a pregame coronation ceremony beginning at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, prior to the 2 p.m. kickoff of UAM Football’s Homecoming game against Southern Nazarene University.

The members of the court include Maria Fernanda Arellano, Bryleigh Marie Bickers, Le’Aundreea Makell Cameron, Alivia Jewel Cook, Robbi Joanne Freeman, Kaiden Jalei Hale, Ronnie Hope Johnson, Xiomara Molina, Emma Kathryn Scott, Bruna Silva, Paige Nicole Stanley and Reese Wilhite.

Arellano, of McGehee, is a junior psychology major and the daughter of George and Grace Vazquez. She is a member of the UAM Ambassadors, National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Psychology Club and Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship.

Bickers, of Warren, is a junior nursing major and the daughter of Richard and Alicia Bickers. She is a member of the Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship and Student Nurses Association and a student worker at the Randy S. Risher Wellness Center.

Cameron, of Fordyce, is a junior K-6 elementary education major and the daughter of Aundree Cameron and the late Lesley Cameron. She is a member of the Kappa Delta Phi honor society and National Honor Society of Leadership and Success and a member and the chapter basileus of the UAM chapter of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.

Cook, of Monticello, is a junior psychology and business double major and the daughter of Chris and Amanda Cook. She is the treasurer of the Student Government Association and a member of the UAM Ambassadors, Psychology Club, National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship, Chi Alpha and Student Engagement Committee.

Freeman, of Crossett, is a senior exercise science major and the daughter of Robby and Lori Freeman. She is the president of the UAM chapter of the Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority, a member of UAM Golf and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and a student representative for the Athletic Committee.

Hale, of Monticello, is a junior social work major and the daughter of Shane and Courtney Hale. She is a member of UAM Cheer and the Future Business Leaders of America.

Johnson, of Pilot Point, Texas, is a junior communications major and the daughter of Mindi Johnson and the late Eric Johnson. She is the president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and a member of UAM Softball and the Baptist Collegiate Ministry and National Honor Society of Leadership and Success.

Molina, of Monticello, is a junior middle level education major and the daughter of Franscisco and Ishshah Molina. She is a member of Kappa Delta Phi honor society, UAM Ambassadors, Student Engagement Committee, Student Activities Board and a resident assistant for Housing and Residence Life and a student worker for Marketing and Public Relations.

Scott, of Magnet Cove, is a junior nursing major and the daughter of Will and Gina Scott. She is a member of the Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship and UAM Student Nurses Association and a resident assistant for Housing and Residence Life.

Silva, of Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil, is a senior agriculture major and the daughter of Helton and Miriam Silva. She is a member of the Pre-Vet Club and International Club, a former member of UAM Volleyball, a resident assistant for Housing and Residence Life and a tutor for Tutoring Services.

Stanley, of Hermitage, is a junior business major and the daughter of Chad and Leslie Stanley. She is a member of the Finance Club and Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship.

Wilhite, of Monticello, is a junior psychology major and the daughter of Damon and Misty Wilhite. She is the secretary of the Student Government Association and a member of the UAM Ambassadors, National Honor Society of Leadership and Success, Psychology Club and Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship.
