The University of Arkansas at Monticello’s Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will hold a free seminar at Rison about starting a home-based business.
The seminar will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at the Morgan-Hall Veterans Building at Rison.
Topics include essential start-up steps, legal business structures, regulations and licensing, issues affecting success and common pitfalls faced by entrepreneurs.
