The University of Arkansas at Monticello Board of Visitors will meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, in the Spencer Gallery of the fine arts center.
UA System President Donald Bobbitt will be present to discuss the appointment of Karla Hughes as UAM chancellor. The meeting is open to the public.
