Two Pine Bluff men were arrested Sunday after police saw a plastic bag with marijuana in the vehicle the men were riding in.
Terrance Lee, 26, and Tristan Lee, 27, were taken into custody early Sunday morning, Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said during a court hearing Monday.
Detective Richard McCorvy reported that the two men were in a vehicle with a female that police stopped for a traffic violation.
Kizer said the plastic bag contained three smaller bags of a green vegetable substance that field tested positive for marijuana and weighed 84 grams.
He said both Terrance Lee and Tristan Lee had extensive criminal histories, and Terrance Lee had three counts of theft by receiving in Jefferson County Circuit Court.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $25,000 bond for Terrance Lee and for Tristan Lee after ruling prosecutors had probable cause to charge both men with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver marijuana.
Bridgforth told the men to come back to court April 30 at 9 a.m.
