TSA agents at Baltimore airport find missile launcher in man’s luggage

TSA agents find all sorts of contraband in passengers’ baggage, but one recent discovery at Baltimore’s airport left them stunned.

During a routine check Monday, the agents say they discovered a missile launcher in a man’s checked bag, TV station WDAF reports.

The unidentified man, a resident of East Texas, told the TSA he was a member of the military and was heading home from Kuwait. The missile launcher, he claimed, was a souvenir.

The launcher wasn’t live, the TSA said, so agents let the man go after confiscating the device. Military weapons are never allowed in carry-on and checked baggage, according to WDAF.
