Trinity Village, 6400 Trinity Drive, will host celebrations starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at the Great Hall.
The center will celebrate its 40th anniversary and host a ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration of the new rehabilitation center and expanded assisted living and medical center facilities.
