Tow haulage equipment is out of service at Joe Hardin Lock (No. 3) near Pine Bluff, according to a spokesman with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Repair is estimated to be completed by Thursday.
Meanwhile, double cut tows will have to be locked the conventional way (without the use of tow haulage).
