TOPPS Inc., 1000 Townsend Park Drive, will hold a conference from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 27, for young men 8 to 18 years old.
The guest speaker will be the Rev. Earl M. Graham II, senior pastor at Mt. Friendship Baptist Church at Arkadelphia. Guests will also include Pine Bluff Kappa League and Pine Bluff Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity members.
