TOPPS (Targeting Our People’s Priorities with Service) Inc., a nonprofit organization, will host its annual fundraiser Thursday at 1000 Townsend Drive, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m.
An all you can eat dinner will be catered by King Kat Fish. Meals may be eaten in or carried out. The cost is $20 per person and it’s open to the public.
