Simmons Pine Bluff Toastmasters, the local chapter of Toastmasters International, is extending an invitation to people seeking to improve their skills in public speaking, listening and leadership.
Toastmasters meet at 12:15 p.m. Tuesdays at the Pine Bluff Civic Center, downstairs next to the city council chambers.
