The Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce still has a few sponsorships available for its 2019 annual dinner. Also, tickets have been ordered and will be available soon for pick up at the Chamber.
The formal event will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Tickets may still be purchased for $60 each or $600 for a table of eight people, according to a news release.
The featured speaker will be Chris Masingill, former federal co-chairman of the Delta Regional Authority. He is now the chief executive officer for St. Tammany Corp.
“Prior to leading the DRA, Masingill served the state of Arkansas as Gov. Mike Beebe’s director of intergovernmental affairs and chief policy advisor for economic and community development,” according to the release.
“All those positions have one thing in common: economic and community development. So, we’ve asked Masingill to consider discussing those topics as they relate to Pine Bluff and Jefferson County’s future,” according to the release.
“Please join us to hear his talk — and take advantage of this popular networking event as you mingle and dine with other Chamber members and their guests. It’s a great way to begin a new Chamber year,” according to the release.
