A pre-Mother’s Day social will be held from 6:15-7:15 p.m. Monday, May 6, at the Villages of General Baptist (East) Nursing Facility, (formerly Davis Life Care East), 6811 S. Hazel St.
The event will include a free picture taken of each woman who wants one, presentation of balloons and roses, music, games and words of encouragement from Renee Henderson, a journalist from Conway, according to a news release.
