Editor, The Commercial:
This is to Ms. Walker, and the other council members that voted to extend the hours the bars and clubs could stay open. Thanks to them another life has been taken and three more injured. If the Three Gables had not been allowed to be open until the wee hours of the morning, a life might have been saved. I can’t imagine the reasoning behind this.
Nothing good happens after midnight.
This ordinance needs to be rescinded sooner better than later before another life is ruined.
The Three Gables has had a bad reputation ever since I have lived here. I remember reading about that place not long after I moved here. It’s time it was shut down. It’s a trouble spot.
