JRMC and Doctor’s Orders Pharmacy will offer TB skin tests to the public during a TB Skin Test Fair August 13-15 at the JRMC White Hall Health Complex, 1600 West Holland.
Tests will be administered at Doctor’s Orders from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday, August 13 through Wednesday, August 15. The $15 fee will cover the cost of supplies, testing and record keeping, but administration and reading of the tests will be free of charge. Tests will be read 48-72 hours after administration at Doctor’s Orders, and test results will be provided at that time.
Individuals with negative test results will be issued a health card reflecting the test result. Those with positive test results will be referred to their primary care physician or HealthCare Plus.
