A search warrant served by the Pine Bluff Police Department SWAT team Thursday in the 1200 block of Larch Street resulted in a drug arrest.
Stephen Allen, 29, was arrested after the warrant was served at about 10:30 p.m., according to an affidavit from Detective Michael Battles.
No one answered the door, and officers forced their way into the residence. Four people were home at the time, including a toddler. They were removed from the home while the search was conducted. Officers allegedly found: 5.29 ounces of suspected marijuana, clear glass smoking pipes, $5,685 in cash and a digital scale.
Allen allegedly told police the marijuana and scale were his.
A $10,000 bond was set for Allen during a court appearance Friday by the judge, who also ruled prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
