Ram Rodeo Series will sponsor the Summer Showdown Rodeo on Aug. 24-25 at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds at Rison.
The Summer Showdown Rodeo is sanctioned by the Arkansas Rodeo Association, Cowboys Regional Rodeo Association, and American Professional Rodeo Association.
The winner from each event earns points to qualify for the rodeo finals and an opportunity to win part of the $4,200
added money. Last year’s rodeo participants came from seven states. Wing Rodeo, the producer from Texas, anticipates
riders will again come from that many states.
