The Pine Bluff Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission will no longer accept applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Summer Assistance Program.
PBJCEOC is a private, nonprofit organization that offers programs and services for low-income households, including programs that concern housing, food, employment, weatherization and energy assistance.
