Subiaco Academy sets shadow day

Subiaco Academy, located in northwest Arkansas, is hosting its last fall Shadow Day for prospective students and their parents on Friday, Nov. 18. Boys in grades 6-10 are invited to attend and learn more about the Academy’s junior and senior high program.

Shadow Day offers visiting students an opportunity to shadow classes, tour the campus, and take the placement exam. Prospective boarders can arrive early and experience residential life by spending the night in a college-like dorm environment. Information sessions for parents with members of the administration and staff will be intermingled with social and recreational activities for all participating. The event is free of charge.

Subiaco Academy, a Catholic, college preparatory boarding and day school serving young men in grades 7-12, is conducted by the Benedictine priests and brothers of Subiaco Abbey. The school is located approximately 45 miles east of Fort Smith on Arkansas Highway 22 at 405 North Subiaco Avenue in the town of Subiaco.

For more information, or to reserve a place for the Shadow Day, contact the admissions office at 800-364-7824 or 479-934-1034, or email admissions@subi.org. Subiaco’s website is www.SubiacoAcademy.us.
