Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. exercise

11 a.m. aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, March 22

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. paint class

Country fried steak with country gravy, whipped potatoes, lima beans, wheat bread, glazed fruit and milk

Sausage with onions and peppers, baked beans, tater tots, bun, green frosted cake and milk
