Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Sept. 28

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. video exercise

10:30 a.m. sittercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Sept. 29

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. paint class

11:45 a.m. lunch

Wednesday, Sept. 30

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. video exercise

10:30 a.m. sittercise

11 a.m. advanced aerobics

11:45 a.m. lunch

Thursday, Oct. 1

The center will be closed for participants to attend the senior/student day at the fair.

Friday, Oct. 2

Parmesan chicken, whipped potatoes, green beans, Texas bread, oranges and pineapple and milk

Tuesday, Sept. 29

Turkey cordon bleu, pinto beans, mixed greens, cornbread, carnival cookie and milk

Wednesday, Sept. 30

Beef enchilada pie, yellow rice, mixed vegetables, wheat bread, strawberry fluff and milk

Thursday, Oct. 1

Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, three bean salad, peaches w/cottage cheese, white bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk

Friday, Oct. 2

Hamburger patty w/bun, lettuce and tomato, roasted potatoes, apple cobbler and milk
