Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Turkey breast with gravy, peas and red peppers, glazed carrots, dinner rolls, banana pudding and milk
