Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Salisbury beef, brown gravy, country potatoes, glazed beets, wheat bread, lemon swirl pudding and milk.

Tuesday, March 27

Fajita chicken, cheese/lettuce/tomato, Fiesta rice, flour tortilla, hot apples with raisins, taco sauce and milk.

Wednesday, March 28

Pork loin, Creole sauce, oven roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, dinner roll, vanilla creame cookie and milk.

Thursday, March 29

Beef chili with beans, yellow rice, creamy Mexican corn, saltine crackers, strawberry glazed cake and milk.
