Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Wednesday, Oct. 7

Sausage with pinto beans, buttered rice, turnip greens, cornbread, vanilla pudding and milk

Thursday, Oct. 8

Chicken nuggets, whipped potatoes, diced carrots, dinner roll, banana and milk

Sloppy joe with bun, tater gems, coleslaw, hot sliced apples and milk
