Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Sept. 25

Chicken Cacciatore, Lyonnaise potatoes, green peas, wheat bread, brownie and milk.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Beef taco meat, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomato, Mexican corn, fiesta vegetables, flour tortilla, lemon pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Sept. 27

Sausage with onions and peppers, baked beans, seasoned cabbage, hot dog bun, strawberry fluff, mustard and milk.

Thursday, Sept. 28

Beef Stroganoff, California vegetables, country tomatoes, wheat bread, chocolate cake and milk.

Friday, Sept. 29

Chicken spaghetti, field peas, sliced carrots, cornbread, oatmeal cookie and milk.
