Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Aug. 28

Grilled pork with mushrooms, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, white bread, fresh apple and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 29

Swedish meatballs with egg noodles, lima beans, California vegetables, rosy applesauce and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 30

Turkey pot roast, creamy potatoes, baby carrots, corn bread, peanut butter cookie, margarine and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 31

Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato/onion, crispy cubed potatoes, hamburger bun, bread pudding, mustard/ketchup and milk.

Friday, Sept. 1

Beef Frito pie, Mexican corn, fiesta vegetables, corn chips, strawberry fluff and milk.
