Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Aug. 21

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, country potatoes, Rosemary carrots, wheat bread, pineapple upside down cake and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 22

Chicken and dumplings, Corn O’Brien, peas with red peppers, white bread, fresh banana and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 23

Smoked sausage, cheesy whipped potatoes, mixed vegetables, hot dog bun, fruited strawberry gelatin, mustard and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 24

BBQ chicken thigh, mixed greens, baked pinto beans, cornbread, chocolate chip cookie, margarine and milk.

Friday, Aug. 25

Turkey breast with gravy, candied spiced yams, herbed green beans, wheat bread, blondie and milk.
