Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Chicken Alfredo, French green beans, yellow squash, garlic breadstick, carnival cookie and milk.

Tuesday, July 11

Hamburger patty, lettuce/ tomato/onion, Delmonico potatoes, hamburger bun, peach cobbler, mustard/ ketchup and milk.

Wednesday, July 12

Tuna macaroni salad, carrifruit salad, three bean salad, saltine crackers, banana pudding and milk.

Thursday, July 13

Roast beef with gravy, whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, dinner roll, oatmeal apple square and milk.

Friday, July 14

Chicken Marsala, parslied rice, Tuscany vegetables, applesauce gelatin, sugar cookie and milk.
