Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, July 31

Salisbury beef, brown gravy, whipped potatoes, corn and lima beans, wheat bread, lemon swirl pudding and milk.

Tuesday, Aug. 1

Chicken spaghetti, cucumber tomato salad, green beans, garlic breadstick, apple cobbler and milk.

Wednesday, Aug. 2

Pork loin, sweet and sour sauce, vegetable fried rice, Japanese vegetables, fluffy fruit salad and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 3

Garlic Rosemary chicken, baked navy beans, parmesan tomatoes, dinner roll, sliced peaches and milk.

Friday, Aug. 4

Sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pasta salad, beet salad, wheat bread, fresh banana, mustard and milk.
