Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Grilled pork with mushrooms, whipped potatoes, peas and carrots, white bread, fresh apple and milk.

Tuesday, July 25

Swedish meatballs with egg noodles, lima beans, California vegetables, rosy applesauce and milk.

Wednesday, July 26

Turkey pot roast, creamy potatoes, baby carrots, cornbread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Thursday, July 27

Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato/onion, crispy cubed potatoes, hamburger bun, bread pudding and milk.

Friday, July 28

Beef frito pie, Mexican corn, fiesta vegetables, corn chips, strawberry fluff and milk.
