Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Breaded chicken patty, lettuce and tomato, macaroni and cheese, green beans, hamburger bun, Arkansas mud pudding, mayonnaise or mustard and milk.

Homestyle chicken and rice, purple hull peas, turnip greens, cornbread, oatmeal raisin cookie, margarine and milk.

Chicken salad, herb potato salad, marinated vegetable salad, saltine crackers, chocolate chip cookie and milk.
