Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, country potatoes, rosemary carrots, wheat bread, pineapple upside down cake and milk.

Tuesday, July 18

Chickens and dumplings, Corn O’brien, peas and red peppers, white bread, fresh banana and milk.

Wednesday, July 19

Smoked sausage, cheesy whipped potatoes, mixed vegetables, hot dog bun, fruited strawberry gelatin, mustard and milk.

Thursday, July 20

Barbecue chicken thigh, mixed greens, baked pinto beans, cornbread, chocolate chip cookie, milk, margarine and milk.

Friday, July 21

Turkey breast with gravy, candied spiced yams, herbed green beans, wheat bread, blondie and milk.
