Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Salisbury beef, brown gravy, whipped potatoes, corn and lima beans, wheat bread, lemon swirl pudding and milk.

Tuesday, June 27

Chicken spaghetti, cucumber and tomato salad, green beans, garlic breadstick, apple cobbler and milk.

Wednesday, June 28

Pork loin, sweet and sour sauce, vegetable fried rice, Japanese vegetables, fluffy fruit salad and milk.

Thursday, June 29

Garlic Rosemary chicken, baked navy beans, Parmesan tomatoes, dinner roll, sliced peaches and milk.

Friday, June 30

Sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pasta salad, beet salad, white bread, fresh banana, mustard and milk.
