Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, scalloped potatoes, lima beans, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie and milk.

Tuesday, April 11

Brunswick stew, yellow rice, glazed carrots, cornbread, fruit medley and milk.

Wednesday, April 12

Turkey, mashed spiced yams, purple hull peas, dinner roll, strawberry fruited gelatin and milk.

Thursday, April 13

Beef spaghetti, herbed green beans, mixed green salad, Texas bread, apple raisin compote, ranch dressing and milk.

Friday, April 14

Easter meal: glazed ham, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, dinner roll, coconut cake and milk.
